In 1979, when Frank and Michele Kelly began Kelly’s Old Barney Restaurant they centered their menu and their hearts around family.  It is no wonder that Kelly’s has become a summer tradition for so many families.

Mom’s Manhattan Clam Chowder is still made with the same recipe and love that Frank’s mother Catherine put into it.  Our quaint restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, with something for every family member to enjoy.  From waffles to omelets, from seafood platters to cheese steaks, and from fresh caught fish to salads, Kelly’s offers a variety of options.

And who could forget about ice cream?  For 46 years, the Dairy Queen next door lit up happy faces.  Now, going into our 47th year, we could not be more excited to continue the ice cream tradition with our very own Kelly’s Cups & Cones!  We will have both soft serve and hard ice cream!
